Study on the Deposition of Pipeline System Protection in Nuclear Power Plants

In order to study the phenomenon that the particles contained in the two⁃phase flow in the nuclear power plant are deposited in the pipeline under high temperature and high pressure, the mechanism of particle erosion on the pipeline is deeply explored. The similar principle and approximate modeling method are used to design and build a nuclear power pipeline. The experimental platform for the key parameters of the actual operation of the system.The results of the 30 h elbow deposition experiment show that the outer wall and inner wall of the 90° horizontal elbow are the sedimentary hot area, the outer wall axial angle of 30~45 degrees is the maximum sedimentary area, the maximum deposition of Co elements is 1.98×10-10 g on 8 mm×8 mm×3 mm sample. The results of this paper can provide data basis for radiation dose prediction and radiation protection of nuclear power plants.

Experimental Study on Melting Treatment of Fly Ash of MSW

Melting characteristics of MSW incineration fly ash was analyzed by high temperature tubular furnace in the paper, including the material migration of fly ash at high temperature and the leaching analysis of molten glass. The results show that with the increase of reaction temperature, the molten slag produced by fly ash melting decreases relative to the original fly ash, and the volatile matter of fly ash increases at high temperature. The density of the melt vitreum is 5 times more than the stacking density of fly ash, which has good volume reduction effect. The content of chloride ion in fly ash slag became less, most chlorine elements volatilized into gas phase and secondary fly ash. The influence of the Cl- entering gas on the corrosion caused by the melting system will be a process problem to be solved in the future.

Comprehensive Evaluation of the City Real Estate  Market Based on Factors Analysis

The real estate has played more and more important effect on our country's economic development, in recent years, the speed of all the real estate was already sputtering. According to the current situation of the real estate, an indicator system was established based on factor analysis which included scale, supply and demand and price to evaluate the comprehensive development of the real estate by using 35 cities data. By using the scientific method to determine the weights of every different factor, the comprehensive evaluate results of the cities real estate were obtained. Then the results of the comprehensive evaluation were analyzed in depth by using the charts and tables, and the cities were classified and reasonable suggestions were proposed based on the cities real estate at last.

The Preparation of Epoxy Acrylate Pre-Polymers Modified by Isocyanate

The prepared epoxy acrylate was modified by toluene diisocyanate (TDI), affording the urethane modified acrylate pre-polymer with interpenetrating network structure. The effects of modifier dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature, catalyst type and amount on the conversion rate were studied. Infrared spectroscopy was used to characterize the structure of the modified product. In the mean time, the modified product ensile strength of the cured film and curing film elongation at break were analyzed. The highest conversion rate was obtained under the following condition: the amount of modifying agent (TDI) and epoxy acrylate mole ratio was 0.251, reaction time 5 h, the reaction temperature was 75 , the mass ratio of the composite catalysttriethylamine and DBTDwas 1:1, added in an amount of 0.1%. IR spectra confirmed the formation of the modified pre-polymer.

Preparation of C9 Petroleum Resin-Modified Asphalt

C9 petroleum resin was used to modify the Liaohe 90# asphalt. The influence of the amount of C9 petroleum resin on the matrix asphalt performance has been studied ,and the modified asphalt structure has been analyzed by the scanning electron microscope (SEM). The experimental results show that, with the addition of C9 petroleum resins, the modified asphalt softening point was gradually increased, whereas the penetration was gradually decreased. The SEM analysis indicated a good compatibility of C9 petroleum resin and matrix asphal when the dosage of C9 petroleum resin was 4%, while the segregation phenomenon occured if the amount of C9 petroleum resin increased to 5%.

Preparation of IC Level Karamay SBS Modified Asphalt

Karamay SBS modified asphalt was prepared to meet the requirements of the specifications for SBS (IC) asphalt by adding hard asphalt, petroleum resin and additives. The effects of hard asphalt, petroleum resin and additives on the softening point, penetration and storage stability of SBS modified asphalt were investigated. When the dosage of modifier SBS, hard asphalt, petroleum resin and the additives were 5%, 3%, 3%, and 2% respectively, SBS modified Karamay asphalt's softening point was 55.6 ℃, the penetration was 60.7 (0.1 mm), ductility at 5 ℃ was 31.2 cm, and the difference of softening point from the top and the bottom of storage tube was 1.2 after 48 h of storage at 163 ℃.The properties of said modified asphalt met the requirements of the specifications for SBS (IC) asphalt.

Experimental Research and Analysis of ViscosityTemperature  Characteristics and Rheological Characteristics of Lengjia Heavy Oil

In order to provide basic data for optimization of the heavy oil conveying pipeline and research of its energy saving technology, the heavy oil viscositytemperature characteristics and the rheological characteristics were done for the experiment research. The heavy oil viscositytemperature equations and rheological equations were fit by Matlab software and the viscositytemperature curve and the rheologicaltemperature curve were drawn by Origin 8.0 software. The analysis results of fitting viscositytemperature curve and its data show that the relative error is smaller between the calculated value of apparent viscosity and the experimental value; the analysis results of the rheological characteristics show that LengJia heavy oil assumes the characteristics of the Newton fluid between 50 ℃ and 80 ℃; Inspection of the 2norm of error vector of the fitting curve indicates that the fit of the fitting curve with the actual situation is good.

Calculating the Economic Thickness of Cold layer of  Refrigeration Pipe by Iterative Method

The iterative formula of the cold layer economic thickness was deducted , and the formula can quickly and easily calculate the economic thickness of the layer of cold. The analyses and designs were used by examples, and in the calculation process, the economic thickness of the layer of cold drawn after comparison, so as to achieve the purpose of energy conservation. This method is not only simple and easy to understand, but also greatly improve design efficiency and quality.

Application of MATLAB PDE Toolbox in the First Problem of Stokes

The first problem of stokes is a kind of common problem in the industrial production field. Traditional similar solution to the first problem of stokes is abstract and beyond understanding. Matlab PDE toolbox can vividly describe the first problem of stokes , output the concrete numerical value of research and vividly show the motion state of some plane. Matlab PDE toolbox provide an intuitive, quick, accurate and vivid numerical solution for the research of viscous flow of outside pipe's fluid medium.

Analysis on Liquefaction Station Along Long-Distance LNG Pipeline

As the declining of oil, coal and other fossil fuel, and the rising of environmental pollution and greenhouse's effect, natural gas, as a kind of high efficient and clean energy, has been given a great attention and favour by the countries all over the world. Natural gas liquefaction and storage technology is key to its use and development. The latest theory research shows that the construction of long distance LNG pipeline is feasible in technology and reasonable in the economy. However the researches of the liquefaction station of long distance LNG pipeline are few. The liquefaction process of the liquefaction station along the long distance LNG pipelines was discussed. Through the analysis on the reverse Carnot cycle, combined with cooling characteristics of refrigerant such as propane, ethylene, methane, liquefaction process of liquefaction station along long-distance LNG pipeline was proposed and related equipments were selected.

hrough in-depth study of factors affecting the accuracy of the flowmeter calibration, such as counting and timing accuracy, the stability of the flow, the standard tank volume measurement methods, the switching speed of the commutator, temperature, and so on, to improve the calibration accuracy, and ensure the results of calibration accuracy. Use this high-precision calibration system, to calibrate the cone flowmeter, and scientific processing of the calibration of the flow coefficient, analysis error accuracy of the calibration results, and ensure the reliability of the calibration data. Flowmeter measurement error less than 3 ‰ can be achieved by field flow measurement requirements. 

Application of Gray Relational Analysis Method and General Grading Method in the Projects Bidding Evaluation

China s construction project mean tender methods include reasonable low price bid evaluation, general grading method and tow-stage evaluation method etc.. These evaluation index systems were proved to be effective and feasible. However, some of them need to qualitative evaluation score; it is inevitably arbitrary and artificial factors. A mathematic model based on fussy mathematics and gray relational analysis was used to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system and to build a simple and effective practical model. Provided valuable theoretical basis for choose the successful bidder.
